M Sushi Champagne dinner with owner Thierry Lombard at Champagne Lombard in Epernay, France. This small family owned Champagne house founded in 1925 own lands in the highly regarded Cote des Blancs.
The dinner will feature only Premier Cru and Grand Cru cuvees with a stunning Rose that you'll surely remember. These Champagne are all Brut Nature which give them an outstanding depth and incredible complexity.
New to the state of North Carolina you will be the first to discover this gem and will have the chance to hear the story from the maker.
